Once printed and framed these will make memorable gifts for friendiversaries, valentines, birthdays or Christmas!

Simply fill in the information and how you wish to receive your design (printed or digital) and add in your personalisation. Please add in your quote, names, date of friendship and any other characteristics (such as one being taller than the other) in the notes at the checkout.

Once your design has been created then approved by you, your design will then be sent via email as a digital file in a jpeg and PDF format. In your email you will also receive instructions on how to use each file and suggestions on where to print.

A4 is printed onto 300gsm cardstock

A3 is printed onto 250gsm cardstock

ALL PRINTS COME UNFRAMED

If you would like to print larger than A3 please let us know as this can be arranged. All extra large prints (A2-A0) are outsourced.
When you place your order please take care to fill in all required fields. If you want a fully customised design please email me at creativeoasisnz@gmail.com to discuss your design and options. If photos are required for your design please send your selection of images via email. Please ensure your images are of good/great quality.

Once we have received your order we will get to work on your design. You will receive a proof of your design(s) within 1-3 working days via email. When you have received your proof please confirm that all information and the design features are correct. If they are any changes to be made please let us know. If changes are required, your design will be edited then resent to you. Each design comes with up to 5 free minor changes. Changes made thereafter may incur an additional fee (depending on the changes requested). A complete change of mind (after receiving your design) will incur a design fee equivelent to your chosen design. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design we will either be sent via email or prepared for printing.

Custom Orders

During the consultation process please let us know of all specific design specifications if you have something very particular in mind. We will design to your specifications with our own personal design style wrapped into it. We will continue to discuss your design until there is a shared understanding of what you are wanting. If by any chance, once the design process has begun and you have a complete change of mind for your design, there will be an additional charge equivalent to the full design fee. This additional charge is due to the time spent to design your order. If you would like to change your design please get in touch immediately.
Once you have made your purchase please email a selection of photos for your design to creativeoasisnz@gmail.com.

For large amounts of photos the best way to share your photos is via Dropbox or Apple iCloud. To receive the best result from your chosen design please ensure your photos are of good quality as I cannot change the photo resolution (quality). Your design fee is non inclusive of photo editing.
