Add a statement to your birthday party with a custom designed birthday back drop. We can provide the printable file or a range of printing options to suit your needs. We can use design aspects from any of our current designs or work together with you to create something special for you. Photos can also be added to your backdrop.

DIGITAL FILE
A digital file is sent via email for you to print. Once you have approved your design the final files are sent as a jpeg and PDF along with instructions on how to use the files.
PRINTED
A4 is printed onto 300gsm cardstock
A3 is printed onto 250gsm cardstock
A2-A0 is outsourced and printed onto 180gsm in glossy, matte or adhesive
When you place your order please take care to fill in all required fields. If you want a fully customised design please email me at creativeoasisnz@gmail.com to discuss your order and options. If photos are required for your design please send your selection of images via email. Please ensure your images are of good quality.
Once we have received your order we will get to work on your design. You will receive a proof of your design(s) within 1-3 working days via email.
When you have received your proof please confirm that all information and the design features are correct. If they are any changes to be made please let us know. If changes are required your design will be edited then resent to you. Each design comes with up to 5 free minor changes. Changes made thereafter may incur an additional fee (depending on the changes requested). Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design we will either be sent via email or prepared for printing.Any changes made after you have confirmed that you are happy with your design and your final files have been sent or printed will incur an additonal fee for changes requested and if printed an additional printing fee.
Custom OrdersDuring the consultation process please let us know of all specific design specifications if you have something very particular in mind. We will design to your specifications with our own personal design style wrapped into it. We will continue to discuss your design until there is a shared understanding of what you are wanting. If by any chance, once the design process has begun and you have a complete change of mind for your design, there will be an additional charge equivalent to the full design fee. This additional charge is due to the time spent to design your order. If you would like to change your design please get in touch immediately.
All goods will be sent via NZ Post. Please allow an additional 1-5 working days for these to arrive.
